Welcome to the shopxdignity’s Web Site (the "Site"). We provide this Site as a service to our customers. Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.
1. PRODUCT POLICY
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Some of our products are made of batik, where may vary in pattern or design. Where this is the case, Dignity will specify in the description that there may be irregularities or differences in the fabric.
2. DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, not including public holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your location.
Estimated delivery time
Within Klang Valley
4-6 business days
Peninsular Malaysia (states outside Klang Valley)
6-9 business days
Sabah or Sarawak
10-14 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during COVID-19 related Movement Restriction Order.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
We utilize Easyparcel for shipping and deliveries, particularly Pgeon, DHL and Aramex.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation text number once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
shopXdignity.org is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you would like to file a complaint, we will do so with the third party delivery company. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org OR +60187896206 with a photograph of the damaged goods and your order number. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a complaint.
International Shipping Policy
We currently only ship to Malaysia and Singpoare.
