But believe it or not, Tooba wasn't always this confident. Back in her student days, she was shy and would avoid making eye contact. She would find solace in the corner of the classroom, away from the spotlight.
However, everything changed when Tooba joined eat X dignity as an intern through our Skills Training and Employability Program (STEP). During her two years working there, not only did she acquire valuable F&B and customer service skills, but she also blossomed into a confident individual who could handle any customer with ease!
