Return & Refund Policy

At Dignity, each item is made with care and purpose, and we hope it brings you joy.

While we don’t accept returns for change of mind, we’re committed to making things right if something isn’t as it should be.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Email shop@dignityforchildren.org with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review your request and do our best to make it right—through a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

As each order is prepared with care once confirmed, we’re unable to accommodate cancellations after purchase.
We appreciate your understanding as we ensure every product is thoughtfully made and fulfilled.

Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed your request and, if needed, received the item, we’ll notify you if a refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Please note that banks or card providers may take extra time to reflect the refund.

If more than 15 working days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at shop@dignityforchildren.org.

Delivery Delays

We work with trusted courier partners, but sometimes delays may occur beyond our control. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to assist and keep you updated.
