Most of our products can be customized with your company logo. You can also choose from our selection of batik patterns, and we offer options like custom cards, labels, or even engraving to make it extra special design on the product itself.
Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, the minimum order for customized items is 100 units. There is a bulk discount for orders above 100 units!
What is the lead time for an order?

Production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. For more complex designs or larger quantities, please allow up to 2 extra weeks.
Can I request a rush order if I need it sooner?

Yes, in most cases we can help speed things up. Since some of our items involve other suppliers, a small surcharge may apply for urgent orders.
Do you offer eco-friendly customization options?

Yes, we do! We always aim to use eco-friendly materials and keep plastic use to a minimum.
